AIRestorePhoto provides an AI-powered photo restoration service. You upload a photo, receive a free watermarked preview of the restored result, and may then make a one-time payment to download the full-resolution, watermark-free restored image.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service and to make a purchase. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to upload, submit, or use the Service to process:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, without notice or refund.
You retain full ownership and copyright of the photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process the image solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos and will not use them for any other purpose.
All software, design, text, and other content created by us on the Service is our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice (changes will not affect transactions already in progress).
Because the Service delivers a digital file immediately upon payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading your file, please contact us at info@airestorephoto.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI restoration results vary depending on the quality, condition, and content of the original photo. We do not guarantee a specific level of quality or that every photo can be successfully restored.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIRestorePhoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIRestorePhoto operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
