1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

• Photos you upload. Images are uploaded solely to perform AI restoration and colorization. They are stored temporarily (on Vercel Blob storage) and automatically deleted after processing is complete and your download link has been delivered.
• Payment information. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe provides us only with a transaction confirmation and an anonymised payment identifier.
• Technical data. Our servers automatically record standard web-server logs, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this information for security, rate-limiting, and debugging purposes only.
• Analytics. If you do not opt out, we may use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymised data about how visitors use the Service (page views, session duration, country). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your photo restoration request and deliver your finished image.
• To complete and verify your payment transaction.
• To prevent abuse and enforce our rate limits.
• To improve and debug the Service.
• To respond to support requests sent to us by email.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party processors to provide the Service:

• Vercel — cloud hosting and serverless functions (Privacy Policy).
• Replicate — AI model inference for photo restoration (Privacy Policy). Your photos are transmitted to Replicate solely for processing.
• Stripe — payment processing (Privacy Policy).
• Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics (Privacy Policy).

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and their restored versions are kept only as long as needed to complete your order and are then deleted automatically. We do not maintain a library of user photos. Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's own data policies.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required to track your restoration job between page loads. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Google Analytics may set its own cookies; you can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Uploaded files are stored in access-controlled blob storage with time-limited signed URLs. We apply industry-standard security practices, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
